GW Millwork is rooted in family traditions and old-world craftsmanship; we provide the highest standards in skills, precision and engineering for all projects. Our 20,000 square foot shop is equipped with the latest woodworking machinery to make patterns. We can create new patterns, recreate historic architecture or match existing specs to replicate old-world fabrication. Based in Bucks County, PA, patterns & molds are fabricated in our workshop; they can be installed locally or shipped to your jobsite nationwide.
Foundry Patterns for Sand Casting: We produce wood foundry patterns for low volume, as well as metal foundry patterns for high volume outputs. Patterns for sand molds are constructed from wood, epoxy, machinable plastics or metal. Patterns are designed to our customers’ exact specifications to fit their manufacturing environment.
Patterns & Molds for Fiberglass: GW Millwork creates large and small patterns, molds and FRP parts with durable, high-quality fiberglass. Our fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) is a strong composite material ideal for mold creation.
Plastic Tooling: Plastic part tooling is the process of producing custom molds for plastic parts. The result is affordable and functional components that have a precise fit and surface finish.
